Regional.- Tacna. Frente a los últimos acontecimientos ocurridos en el Perú, a consecuencia de la Pandemia del CORONAVIRUS COVID-19; La Asociación de Derechos Humanos del Sur, se ve en la imperiosa necesidad de levantar su voz de protesta por los siguientes hechos:
1ro. Los peruanos, vivimos una etapa crucial, donde la vida humana en el mundo está en peligro, los responsables de la generación del virus, está por identificarse tarde o temprano sabremos quién o quiénes son los responsables.
2do. El Perú, está inmerso en este grave problema, de modo que el señor presidente Martín Vizcarra está haciendo los denodados esfuerzos para contrarrestar el incremento de contagios y muertes en nuestro país. Por tanto, está tomado diferentes medidas drásticas en salvaguarda de la población, del cual se reconoce.
3ro. Al margen de ello, ADEHSUR integrante de la Coordinadora Nacional de Derechos Humanos del Perú y ser el abanderado de la protección y respeto irrestricto de los derechos laborales en Tacna se opone a la aprobación de la suspensión perfecta de labores debido a la cuarentena. A cambio, los trabajadores podrán retirar parte de su CTS o AFP y, en caso de no ser posible, recibirán un bono excepcional de 760 soles. Algo parecido a la maquiavélica mano negra de Alberto Fujimori, como los despidos con incentivos, a millones de trabajadores administrativos, en la década del 90 del siglo pasado.
ADEHSUR, protesta enérgicamente esta medida totalmente descabellada, la misma que está direccionada una vez más a la clase trabajadora, quienes se quedarán en la mera calle, engrosando a millones de desocupados del Perú. Con esta medida antilaboral simplemente el Gobierno cede a las exigencias y caprichos de sus jefes de la CONFIEP y les da la espalda a nuestros hermanos trabajadores. En consecuencia, no podemos quedar callados frente a este atropello por demás inhumano.
4rto. Exigimos la distribución de la canasta familiar de manera directa por parte del gobierno Central, sin intermediarios y llegue tan pronto a los que más necesitan. Ahora observamos a los alcaldes quienes descaradamente priorizan a sus seguidores, dejando sin comida al sector vulnerable.
Finalmente, ADEHSUR está trabajando todos los días investigando, denunciando, observando y apoyando a los que más necesitan.
