Nacional. – El Gobierno aprobó mediante Resolución Ministerial N° 142-2020-Produce, el Protocolo Sanitario de Operación ante el Covid-19, para el inicio gradual e incremental de actividades en materia de Restaurantes y afines autorizados para entrega a domicilio. La norma precisa que la reanudación de estos servicios se hará con propia logística del establecimiento, así como protocolos de seguridad y recojo en el local. Este dispositivo se sustenta en el trabajo orientado a la reanudación de las actividades económicas que definió una estrategia que consta de 4 fases para su implementación, proponiendo la aprobación de la Fase 1 para el mes de mayo.
Además, en la necesidad de iniciar la recuperación social y económica, por lo que es necesario abordar esta transición, incorporando las precauciones y medidas de protección para prevenir los contagios y minimizar el riesgo de un repunte del Covid-19 que pueda poner en riesgo la adecuada respuesta de los servicios sanitarios y, con ello, la salud y el bienestar del conjunto de la sociedad.
De manera específica,señala que previo al reinicio de actividades, las entidades, empresas o personas naturales o jurídicas que estén permitidas para dicho fin, deberán observar los lineamientos para la vigilancia de la Salud de los trabajadores, aprobados por Resolución Ministerial N° 239-2020-Minsa (y sus posteriores adecuaciones), así como los protocolos sectoriales, a efecto de elaborar su plan para la vigilancia, prevención y control de Covid-19 en el trabajo.
La Resolución Ministerial, que es refrendada por la Ministra de la Producción, Rocío Barrios, se publica en el Diario Oficial El Peruano, en el Portal del Estado Peruano (www.peru.gob.pe) y en el portal institucional del Ministerio de la Producción (www.gob.pe/produce).
