Miranda Ortigoso hizo un llamado para que las familias de las comunidades alto andinas se empadronen con el objetivo de gestionar las necesidades que expresan los comuneros. El principal pedido de las comunidades es acceder de los medios de transporte para la comercialización sus productos, hay una gran variedad de producción que no se pone a la venta por ello se necesita venderla. Indica el dirigente.
