Reporte.- El abogado Juan Curo Curo presentó una denuncia por presunto delito de colusión en contra del gobernador Juan Tonconi Quispe y los consejeros regionales Iván Copaja Aguilar, Arnold Condori Cutipa y José Luis Málaga Cutipé porque habrían “direccionado” el proceso para que la empresa grupo inmobiliario Altitud Sac sea la ejecutora del proyecto de vivienda regional Suma Uta.
La denuncia, presentada en la Fiscalía Provincial Especializada en Delitos de Corrupción de Funcionarios de Tacn,a incluye el gerente general del Gobierno Regional de Tacna (GRT), Luis Valdivia Salazar, y a los siguientes funcionarios: gerente de Desarrollo Económico, Gonzalo Arias Ramos; directora ejecutiva de Programación Multianual de Inversiones, Nélida Tico Coloma; el director regional de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, Ebert Miranda Marca; y gerente de Asesoría Jurídica, Hugo Vargas Cancino, todos como miembros del Comité de Promoción de la Inversión Privada.
El letrado señaló que una vez que se recuperó el terreno de 35 hectáreas ocupado por Apertac la empresa Altitud el 18 de febrero de 2021 presentó en mesa de partes de la entidad la iniciativa privada del proyecto de vivienda Suma Uta.
“El privado le pone nombre al proyecto”, criticó.
Añadió que al día siguiente ese documento fue presentado físicamente en gerencia general y luego se autoconvocó el referido comité, que es presidido por Valdivia y está integrado por funcionarios que son sus subordinados, y a uno de ellos, de Oeabi, se le encarga la tasación.
El 22 de octubre se acordó pedir la declaración de interés regional de la iniciativa privada de vivienda social propuesta por el extra neus al consejo regional a través del gobernador hasta en dos ocasiones. Curo añadió que en esas instancias el abogado Mario Urquizo Valdivia, contratado como asesor, emitió el informe de la Comisión de Planeamiento, Presupuesto y Acondicionamiento Territorial a favor de la declaración.
“Sin embargo, el informe de seis folios es una transcripción de lo que presentó el comité autoconvocado, y los consejeros no hicieron ninguna observación”, recriminó, agregando que finalmente este fue aprobado. Sin Fronteras
