Las licenciadas se acogieron a la norma que permite que las personas mayores de 60 años o aquellas que padezcan una enfermedad crónica, las cuales corren mayor riesgo de morir si contraen el virus, puedan solicitar una licencia para salvaguardar su integridad.
Indicó que en el nosocomio había por lo menos 135 enfermeras nombradas, 20 por servicios y un número no definido de contratadas, pero ahora no se está contratando más personal para suplir a las que han hecho uso del permiso. Expuso además falencias, como que no les dan mascarilla N95, solo las de tres pliegues; la indumentaria que usan debería lavarse en el hospital, pero no les habilitan una lavandería por lo que lo llevan a casa.
