Regionales.- El Equipo de la Fiscalía Provincial Permanente de Prevención del Delito de Tacna, a través de un comunicado preventivo, exhorta a los propietarios, administradores y encargados de restaurantes o afines, que realizan la venta de comidas a través de la modalidad de servicio a domicilio (delivery), cumplir estrictamente los protocolos de salubridad.
Asimismo, se recomienda aplicar la Guía Técnica para los Restaurantes y Servicios Afines con Modalidad de Servicio a Domicilio, aprobada por el Ministerio de Salud mediante la Resolución Ministerial N° 250-2020-MINSA, debiendo además implementar todas las medidas de bioseguridad exigidas antes, durante y después de realizar dicha actividad y servicio, evitando así riesgos de contagio del Covid-19.
Las Fiscalías de Prevención del Delito en Tacna están en permanente alerta ante las denuncias preventivas por delitos contra la salud pública, tipificadas en el código penal vigente. Además se recomienda a las autoridades la fiscalización de dichos servicios a cumplir acciones e imponer las sanciones administrativas de ser el caso. La Fiscalías Provinciales de Prevención del Delito atiende sus denuncias preventivas a través del teléfono fijo 426526 o al Celular 938794519.
