Reporte.- Desde que asumió representatividad la figura de Alberto Otarola en el gabinete de la Sra. Dina Boluarte, tanto como ministro de defensa y hoy premier se ordenó disponer de medidas de presión y control social caso declarar en estado emergencia algunas regiones como Puno. Recientemente el gobierno dispuso que las fuerzas armadas controlen el orden interno incorporando a la PNP, una figura no declarada como estado de sitio, semanas atrás el ejercito ya tomo el control de varios pueblos e incluso se denunció la persecución a dirigentes y líderes indígenas en la zona declarada en Estado de Emergencia”,

En Puno regirá la inmovilización social obligatoria “de todas las personas en sus domicilios” por 10 días calendario, desde las 8 pm. hasta las 4 am. Se especifica además que, durante la inmovilización social obligatoria, las personas podrán circular para la “adquisición, producción y abastecimiento de alimentos”, así como el personal de salud y otros que sean esenciales para la continuidad de las actividades económicas y servicios de agua, saneamiento, agricultura, vigilancia y seguridad, servicios financieros, etc.

El decreto supremo dispuso también que en Puno, el Comando Conjunto de las FF.AA. “asuma el Comando Unificado de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional”.Finalmente, la normativa dispone que, dentro de 5 días hábiles posteriores al término del estado de emergencia en las 7 regiones, la PNP debe presentar al ministro del Interior un “informe detallado de las acciones realizadas durante el régimen de excepción”. Asimismo, el Comando Unificado de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Policía Nacional en el departamento de Puno deberá presentar un informe similar, en el mismo plazo, dirigido a los ministros del Interior y de Defensa.

    When I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new comments are added” checkbox and now each time a comment
    is added I get four e-mails with the same comment. Is there
