Con la finalidad de brindar continuidad a la prestación del servicio de educación universitaria de acuerdo a los criterios de accesibilidad, adaptabilidad, calidad, así como otras condiciones necesarias para el aprendizaje, el martes 28 de abril en la cuarta sesión ordinaria virtual del Consejo Universitario se aprobaron los lineamientos para las actividades académicas no presenciales y semipresenciales en la UNJBG durante la pandemia COVID-19.
La normativa con carácter excepcional, es aplicable a los 34 programas de pregrado, posgrado, y segunda especialidad de la UNJBG, durante el semestre académico 2020-I y su extensión en caso necesario. Entre las consideraciones más importantes se pueden mencionar que las clases no presenciales se realizarán de manera virtual en tiempo real con un cumplimiento estricto del horario establecido, el uso del aula virtual será indispensable como soporte tecnológico para la formación académica.
El docente será el moderador de la sesión virtual aplicando las herramientas de los programas de la plataforma virtual con la finalidad de organizar las clases, las cuales deberán ser grabadas y elevadas a un almacenamiento virtual de acceso al estudiante.
En cuanto a las clases semipresenciales que necesitan una formación práctica presencial la universidad permitirá al estudiante cursar asignaturas del primer semestre (periodo 2020-I) durante el periodo del segundo semestre (periodo 2020-II). En el caso que la situación de la salud pública en relación a la pandemia del COVID-19 no permita un desarrollo óptimo de las asignaturas, la universidad deberá autorizar un semestre complementario.
De acuerdo al Calendario Académico 2020-I el inicio de clases no presenciales se realizará el lunes 18 de mayo.
