Jaime Bautista A. expreso su malestar y rechazo ante el anuncio del Gerente de la EPS TACNA Juan Seminario de un incremento al 11% el cual sería otro golpe a la economía de la ciudadanía tacneña. La ex autoridad plantea su manifiesto en la falta de gestión para acceder a proyectos que bien podrían generar inversión del estado y de los gobiernos locales para no echar mano de los alicaídos bolsillos de la ciudadanía, en su escrito Bautista Aquino. Resalta el facilismo que hace daño a la población porque es fácil incrementar la tarifa a una región en donde no hay mayor acceso a un puesto de trabajo.
De proceder a esta propuesta nuevamente se verán las marchas y contra marchas
A la letra de la ex autoridad fiscalizadora. Refiere. Al Señor Presidente de la Junta General de Accionistas, señores miembros del Directorio, Gerentes de EPS, no acudan al facilismo de cargar los costos y sobrecostos a los sufridos usuarios, que tenemos que soportar la falta y el racionamiento de agua, que tenemos que conformarnos consumiendo agua contaminada y un deficiente servicio.
Un año muy difícil para las autoridades sobre la posibilidad de revocarlos.
Hay otras fuentes de financiamiento que tienen que buscar a nivel del Gobierno Central y los Ministerios, además vean su nivel de ejecución de gasto. El año pasado solo gastaron en promedio 60% y el GRT el 65% de su presupuesto para obras, utilicen esa plata que sobra y no estén devolviendo al fisco…Lo más importante, es hora que los usuarios tengamos un buen servicio, ya es tiempo que se optimice la distribución, para que todos tengamos más horas de agua y un líquido elemento de calidad libre de contaminantes….
