La nueva oficina virtual permitirá obtener su recibo virtual además de ello podrá realizar el pago del mismo de manera rápida y sencilla, también se habilitó una sección para sus reclamos o quejas, así como solicitar el fraccionamiento de pago.
Asimismo, en el renovado sitio web podrá encontrar noticias e información de la EPS Tacna; Se está priorizando el aprovechamiento de las ventajas que ofrecen las TIC, con la implementación del renovado portal web se agilizará la atención y recepción de consultas y reclamos de todos los usuarios aseveró Seminario.
TRABAJADORES DAN NEGATIVO A COVID 19.
La Entidad Prestadora de Servicios de Saneamiento Tacna S.A., ha realizado 165 de pruebas rápidas de COVID-19 para el descarte del mencionado virus en todos los trabajadores de esta forma se cumple con los lineamientos establecidos por el ejecutivo. Las pruebas fueron aplicadas a todos los trabajadores de la EPS Tacna, teniendo como precedente que se vienen realizando labores en campo y están expuestos a contraer este virus; se mantuvieron a la espera del reporte por minutos, por lo que el personal de salud informó pertinentemente que todos dieron NEGATIVO en las pruebas rápidas para COVID-19.
Por otro lado, el gerente general Ing. Juan Seminario manifestó que estas pruebas rápidas para COVID-19 permitirán a todos los trabajadores realizar sus labores habituales durante la emergencia y así garantizar el abastecimiento de agua potable a la población.
