El personal de salud del centro de salud san francisco en el distrito de Gregorio Albarracín elevaron su queja ante los medios de comunicación por la falta de dialogo y cuerdo mutuo entre las autoridades de dicho recinto médico. Según el Sr. Juan Delgado, trabajador del centro de salud San Francisco se presentó ante el consejo regional a fin de expresar su disconformidad con que el lugar sea designado para laboratorio de descarte de casos covid-19 en Tacna. Advirtió que, de ser acreditado por el Institucional Nacional de Salud, el centro de salud San Francisco ubicado en Gregorio Albarracín se convertirá en un caldo de cultivo y se puede propagar a fallecidos.
Estaría en riesgo porque este lugar que habilitan está en el segundo piso del centro de salud y ahí está admisión, almacén, profilaxis, y si yo soy posible caso, voy a subir a los ambientes para que me hagan la prueba de hisopado, no soy el único serán todos, alegó. Dijo que fue presentado ante la red de periferia el memorial respectivo, pero el director regional de salud Juan Canepa está tomando decisiones arbitrarias. Se conoce que el vecindario de la zona también tomo una determinación de negarse a que se instale el laboratorio clínico del corona virus.
