La ministra de Desarrollo e inclusión Social, Ariela Luna, señaló que su sector ya tiene identificado a los tres millones de hogares que recibirán un bono de 380 soles como compensación por los días que no puedan trabajar por mantenerse en aislamiento social obligatorio por 15 días, decretado por el Gobierno para detener el avance de la pandemia del coronavirus.
En ese contexto, informó que se utilizará toda la logística para garantizar que este subsidio monetario llegue a los hogares pobres y extremos pobres. Precisó que el MIDIS tiene la experiencia y se triplicarán los esfuerzos para que el proceso marche de la mejor forma, sin que se dupliquen los beneficiarios y pueda favorecer a más hogares que lo necesitan.
La ministra señaló que se está trabajando en el desarrollo de una plataforma en la que las personas podrán digitar el número de DNI para saber si acceden al bono y dónde lo podrán cobrar. Todo será on line porque la transferencia será básicamente para hogares pobres y pobres extremos en zonas urbanas.
Informó que el Perú cuenta con el Sistema Nacional de Focalización de Hogares (Sisfoh), que se ha ido perfeccionando en la última década y que identifica a los hogares pobres y pobres extremos, en función de una serie de variables que se ponen en una fórmula, en un algoritmo, y se cruzan.
Hay dos formas de hacerlo, uno es a través del Documento Nacional de Identidad que al ser consultado en la planilla del Estado, permite determinar cuál es la situación real de esa persona y de su familia. Otro, si las personas que no aparecen en ninguna base de datos son visitadas en su domicilio y en base a una serie de variables como luz, agua, tenencia de bienes, se determina si es pobre o no.
La titular del MIDIS participó en la conferencia de prensa que ofreció el Jefe de Estado, Martín Vizcarra para informar a la población acerca de la lucha que desarrolla el Estado en su conjunto contra la pandemia mundial del Coronavirus, y que, en el caso del Perú, registra 117 personas con resultado positivo a la prueba de descarte.
