Reporte.- El virtual gobernador regional de Tacna Luis Torres Robledo mediante documento presentado en mesa de partes del Gobierno Regional de Tacna solicitó al gobernador regional Juan Tonconi Quispe suspender el traslado del personal a la nueva sede institucional construida en el terreno del Proyecto Especial Tacna (PET), en la Av. Manuel A. Odría.

El documento fue ingresado por mesa de partes virtual con fecha 10 de octubre del 2022, a las 15:27 h, con el código 11205698. La Oficina de Secretaría y Archivo Institucional al día siguiente lo derivó a la gobernación regional.

El documento refiere que se ha tomado conocimiento de la disposición para el traslado de la sede del GRT al nuevo local institucional en un inicio el 20 de setiembre y culminación el 30 de octubre. “Le solicito, si fuera posible, se sirva dejar sin efecto dicha disposición y no se efectúe el traslado debido a que la edificación no ha sido concluida como corresponde y mientras eso no ocurra no puede ser ocupada”, se lee en el texto.

Asimismo, se hace mención que, al no concluirse el hospital regional, por ser prioritario se ha considerado brindar atenciones médicas y asistenciales en el nuevo edificio.

En otro documento, el virtual gobernador regional le solicitó a Juan Tonconi Quispe evitar en lo posible llevar a cabo procesos de selección como licitaciones, concursos públicos, adjudicaciones y otros, teniendo en consideración que muchos de estos procesos serán asumidos en cualquiera de las etapas por la nueva gestión, y de ocurrir ello podría limitar el cronograma de actividades y trabajo a desarrollar.

Agrega que los diversos procesos de selección que han sido observados por las instituciones de control por el bien de su gestión, procedan a solucionar e implementar dichas observaciones.

Finalmente, en un tercer documento, Torres Robledo pidió al gobernador regional se abstenga de tomar acciones de renovación o contratación de personal, a no ser de necesidad obligatoria. “Es por ello que le requerimos la suspensión o paralización de todo proceso orientado a cumplir dicho propósito en forma inmediata”, dice el documento.
